What you will do
- Own high-touch, full life-cycle recruiting processes for the Technology organization across multiple levels.
- Partner with hiring managers and HR stakeholders to define needs and develop creative, scalable recruiting strategies.
- Build diverse pipelines through innovative sourcing, LinkedIn, CRM tools, and proactive candidate engagement.
- Manage assessment, offer negotiation, candidate closing, and initial onboarding activities.
- Use market intelligence, recruiting metrics, and customized reporting to inform talent decisions.
- Identify fraudulent applicants, including AI-generated profiles, deepfakes, and plagiarized resumes.
Requirements
- Full life-cycle recruiting experience across multiple skill levels and disciplines.
- Experience partnering with hiring managers and stakeholders to deliver consistent, efficient hiring processes.
- Strong sourcing, communication, relationship-building, negotiation, and analytical skills.
- Ability to manage concurrent priorities in a fast-moving environment while maintaining confidentiality and data accuracy.
- Experience identifying and mitigating recruitment fraud, including AI-generated applications, deepfakes, or plagiarized profiles.
- This role is not eligible for immigration sponsorship.

- Experience in asset management or financial services.
- Knowledge of Workday Recruiting and other sourcing tools.
- Experience supporting campus recruiting and early-career hiring.
