What you will do

• Lead full-cycle recruitment for complex technology roles across the organization.
• Build and maintain high-caliber candidate pipelines for specialized technical positions.
• Develop innovative sourcing strategies and engage passive technical talent.
• Partner with executives, hiring managers, HR Business Partners, and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Advise hiring leaders on talent market trends, hiring strategies, and workforce planning.
• Use recruiting metrics and market intelligence to improve hiring outcomes.

Requirements

• 7+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Significant experience supporting technical and technology-focused hiring.
• Demonstrated success sourcing passive talent for specialized and competitive technical skill sets.
• Strong consultative and influencing skills with business leaders.
• Data-driven approach and experience using recruiting metrics for decision-making.
• Ability to manage multiple searches while maintaining a strong candidate and hiring manager experience.
