Senior Full Stack Java Engineer

What you will do

• Design, develop, test, deploy, and support scalable cloud-native applications for Workforce Management, Customer Experience, and operational business processes.
• Build backend services with Java and Spring Boot and responsive web applications with React, TypeScript, reusable components, and accessible interaction patterns.
• Develop REST APIs with clear OpenAPI/Swagger contracts and implement microservices, event-driven patterns, and enterprise integrations.
• Design PostgreSQL data models and queries with attention to performance, integrity, and audit history.
• Containerize applications and maintain Jenkins CI/CD pipelines with automated testing, quality gates, and repeatable deployments.
• Improve application observability, performance, resilience, scalability, and maintainability while collaborating with Product, UX, QA, DevOps, Architecture, and engineering teams.

Requirements

• 6+ years of full-stack software development experience, including ownership of production applications.
• Strong hands-on experience with Java, Spring Boot, REST services, persistence, security, and automated testing.
• Frontend experience with Angular or React, TypeScript, HTML, CSS, component-based design, state management, and modern testing practices.
• Experience with REST APIs, microservices, distributed applications, SQL, PostgreSQL or comparable relational databases, and cloud-based containerized applications.
• Knowledge of OAuth2, OpenID Connect, JWT, secure API design, Kafka or RabbitMQ, Kubernetes, cloud platforms, observability, and secure software delivery.
• Excellent communication skills, technical documentation ability, and experience leading client-facing workshops.

Nice to have

• Experience with Workforce Management, Customer Experience, contact center, or Amazon Connect solutions.
• Experience with AWS, FreeSWITCH, Kamailio, Twilio, CRM, identity, HR, payroll, or analytics integrations.
• Knowledge of forecasting, scheduling, routing, agent desktop, digital channels, or related operational concepts.
• Experience with AI-assisted software development or AI-enabled solutions using tools such as Claude or GitHub Copilot.
