Senior Technical Project Manager (IT Infrastructure and Migrations)

Location: Fully remote, candidates must be based in Lithuania

hirify.global is hiring for technical project delivery focused on enterprise infrastructure, application, and data transformation initiatives.

What you will do

• Lead technical projects covering system decommissioning, infrastructure upgrades, and application and data migrations.
• Track project risks, issues, dependencies, and mitigation actions throughout the project lifecycle.
• Coordinate infrastructure, application, security, data, and vendor workstreams.
• Maintain compliant project documentation and ensure effective handover to operations.
• Engage business owners, IT leads, and vendors while providing concise status reports to senior stakeholders.
• Develop cut-over and rollback plans, manage UAT, and coordinate post-migration validation and hypercare.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience managing complex IT infrastructure and application projects in large enterprises.
• Strong understanding of integration dependencies and change management principles.
• Familiarity with ITIL, service transition, or equivalent frameworks.
• Proven ability to align cross-functional teams and manage vendor deliverables.
• Fluent English at upper-intermediate level or higher, with clear written and verbal communication skills.
• Must be based in Lithuania.
