Project Manager

Location: Charlotte, NC; hybrid schedule with onsite work three days per week

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end program and project delivery across large-scale re-engineering and migration workstreams.
• Deliver centralized reporting and execution layers, managing milestones, risks, issues, dependencies, and timelines.
• Coordinate across technology, business stakeholders, subject matter experts, and leadership.
• Translate complex discussions into execution plans, success criteria, and stakeholder-ready materials.
• Drive communication, documentation, training, and adoption to embed new processes and tools into business as usual.

Requirements

• 4+ years of project management, methodologies, or strategic planning experience, or equivalent experience through work, training, military service, or education.
• Experience managing multiple workstreams, risks, issues, dependencies, and timelines.
• Ability to coordinate cross-functional stakeholders and communicate effectively with executives.
• Experience supporting large-scale migrations or re-engineering initiatives.
• Working knowledge of PowerPoint, Excel, collaboration tools, and Agile, hybrid, or waterfall delivery methods.
