Project Manager (IAM & RACF)

Location: Hybrid from Gdynia, Gdańsk, or Warszawa, with 2–3 days per week from the office

Salary: 900–1,100 PLN/day on a B2B contract

What you will do

• Act as deputy to the RACF Project Lead and coordinate project execution across business and technical teams.
• Drive delivery progress, project milestones, stakeholder accountability, and resolution of blockers.
• Facilitate stand-ups, workshops, stakeholder meetings, and project reviews.
• Maintain project documentation, action logs, decision registers, governance materials, dashboards, and status reports.
• Track risks, issues, dependencies, escalations, audit requirements, and regulatory reporting.
• Identify and coordinate process optimization and automation initiatives for access management.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Project Manager or Project Coordinator in banking, financial services, or another regulated industry.
• Strong experience working with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders.
• Knowledge of project governance, reporting, risk management, process improvement, and automation initiatives.
• Understanding of Identity & Access Management processes, access control frameworks, and user lifecycle management.
• Familiarity with RACF and/or Mainframe Security environments, plus regulatory, audit, compliance, and operational risk requirements.
• Excellent communication, planning, organization, coordination, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with RACF, IAM, Mainframe Security, access control solutions, Jira, Confluence, project reporting tools, and process automation solutions.
