Commercial Account Executive, UAE & Oman (Cloud Networking and Security)

Location: Hybrid, based in Dubai, UAE; regional focus on UAE and Oman

What you will do

• Lead complex enterprise sales cycles, acquire new customers, and expand existing accounts across the UAE and Oman.
• Build territory and account plans against multi-million-dollar sales targets and annual quotas.
• Manage strategic pipelines, customer buying processes, and accurate sales forecasts.
• Understand customer IT architectures and align them with hirify.global reference architectures and platform solutions.
• Lead virtual teams across Solution Engineering, Product Management, Deal Desk, and Legal to close complex opportunities.
• Develop executive relationships, negotiate contracts, drive adoption and expansion, and coach colleagues.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience selling complex technology solutions to Commercial or SMB accounts across the UAE and Oman, with a record of exceeding targets.
• Deep knowledge of cloud networking, security, and edge computing technologies.
• Experience understanding complex IT architectures and mapping them to reference architectures.
• Advanced negotiation, enterprise sales, presentation, forecasting, and closing skills, including six-figure and multi-million-dollar deals.
• Experience leading cross-functional virtual teams and using Salesforce, Tableau, G Suite, Microsoft tools, and the MEDDPICC framework.
• Bachelor's degree required; a technical background is preferred. Ability to travel as required.
