Solution Specialist, Manager (Cybersecurity)

Location: Dubai, United Arab Emirates; hybrid work with up to 2 days per week from home depending on team needs. Up to 30 days per year may be worked from any location in the world.

What you will do

• Partner with Business Development Managers to identify, qualify, and progress strategic opportunities across the Communications Data Exchange portfolio.
• Lead customer discovery sessions, workshops, and solution discussions to understand business and technical requirements.
• Present and position networking, connectivity, cybersecurity, and digital communication solutions for customers and partners.
• Translate customer needs into actionable requirements and customer-centric solution strategies.
• Support RFP responses, solution positioning, business case development, commercial discussions, and high-level solution assessments.
• Coordinate sales, product management, solution engineering, and customer stakeholders while contributing to pipeline growth and portfolio innovation.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications, Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong experience in pre-sales, solution consulting, solution engineering, technical sales support, or customer-facing technology roles.
• Understanding of networking, connectivity solutions, cybersecurity, wireless networking, LAN/WAN, cloud networking, or telecommunications services.
• Experience presenting technical solutions to customers, business stakeholders, and senior decision-makers.
• Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear business value propositions and manage cross-functional stakeholders.
• Fluent English and Arabic are required.

Nice to have

• French language proficiency.
• Experience with telecommunications operators, system integrators, managed service providers, or technology vendors.
• Experience supporting airport, aviation, transportation, or critical infrastructure customers.
