Network Delivery Lead (Cisco)

Location: Farnborough, United Kingdom; onsite 5 days per week. Right to work in the United Kingdom and eligibility for applicable UK Government and contractual personnel security requirements are required. Some roles may also have nationality requirements.

What you will do

• Own end-to-end network delivery, planning, and operational support for the account.
• Coordinate with account leadership, architecture, engineering, operations, project teams, clients, and third-party network providers.
• Lead high-severity network incident resolution and maintain clear internal and external communications.
• Track network availability, utilisation, and performance while driving optimisation and continuous improvement.
• Manage delivery governance, risk, ITIL processes, reporting, compliance audits, skills management, financials, procurement, and vendor renewals.
• Identify efficiency improvements through process optimisation and automation.

Requirements

• Proven experience in network delivery, operational support, and stakeholder engagement within complex secure environments.
• Strong networking knowledge, including security functions up to Cisco CCNP level or an equivalent vendor standard.
• Experience working with senior stakeholders in delivery or account teams.
• Strong analytical, communication, organisational, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to interpret operational and strategic implications for senior management and manage multiple priorities.
• Eligibility for UK Government and contractual personnel security requirements and the right to work in the United Kingdom.
