HSE Lead for UK and Ireland

Location: Based at the Slough site, UK, with regular travel to Shannon, Manchester, and Aberdeen

What you will do

• Partner with site leadership and cross-functional teams to improve HSE performance across multiple locations.
• Manage site-based internal and ISO HSE management systems, including ISO 14001 and ISO 45001.
• Lead incident classification, investigation, corrective action tracking, and HSE reporting.
• Develop safety programs based on incident trends, audit findings, and leading indicators.
• Support contractor safety management, permit-to-work processes, emergency management, and HSE training.
• Lead or support internal and external HSE audits and align standards across Slough, Shannon, Manchester, and Aberdeen.

Requirements

• Degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Sciences, Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
• 3–5 years of experience in an HSE role with strong knowledge of HSE regulations and requirements.
• Working knowledge of ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 management systems.
• Experience with problem solving, process improvement, change management, and HSE legislation.
• Fluent English required.
• Willingness to travel between the assigned UK and Ireland locations.
