HSE Lead for UK and Ireland

Location: United Kingdom; based at the Slough site with regular travel to Shannon, Manchester, and Aberdeen

What you will do

• Partner with site leadership and functional teams to improve HSE performance across multiple locations.
• Manage site-based internal and ISO HSE management systems, including ISO 14001 and ISO 45001.
• Lead incident classification, investigation, corrective action tracking, and HSE reporting.
• Develop safety programs based on incident trends and audit findings, and support global HSE initiatives.
• Manage HSE training, contractor safety management, permit-to-work processes, and emergency preparedness.
• Lead or support internal and external HSE audits and coordinate actions across Slough, Shannon, Manchester, and Aberdeen.

Requirements

• Degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Sciences, Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
• 3–5 years of experience in an HSE role with strong knowledge of HSE regulations and requirements.
• Working knowledge of ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 management systems.
• Experience with problem solving, process improvement, change management, and strong organisational skills.
• Fluent English required.
• Willingness to travel between the assigned UK and Ireland locations required.
