Lead Auditor - West Midlands (ISO 9001/14001/45001)

Location: UK field based, with the role focused on the West Midlands and travel to UK client sites required

What you will do

• Plan and conduct professional management system audits for assessment and certification services.
• Perform desk-based and client-site audits in line with established procedures and accreditation standards.
• Maintain effective client relationships and support high-quality service delivery.
• Prepare accurate and timely reports to support operational planning and management.
• Enhance client satisfaction and verify compliance with applicable standards.
• Maintain professional development, training records, personal logs, auditor registrations, and industry knowledge.

Requirements

• Qualified Lead Auditor with a certification or diverse industry background.
• Lead Auditor qualifications covering ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001.
• NEBOSH General Certificate or Level 6 Diploma.
• Experience with quality, health and safety, and/or environmental management systems.
• Strong knowledge of management system standards, compliance, and auditing techniques, plus experience across varied industry sectors.
• Valid UK driving licence required; regular travel to client sites is part of the role.
