Senior IT Project Manager (Disaster Recovery & Cyber Resilience)

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end Disaster Recovery and cyber resilience initiatives across APAC, Europe, multiple regions, and sites.
• Manage the establishment of an in-region co-location DR facility covering network connectivity, storage, Nutanix, VMware, firewalls, and application onboarding.
• Coordinate recovery planning, testing, site failover exercises, documentation, and operational transition for business-critical applications.
• Drive Ansible-based recovery automation, including technical runbooks and recovery playbooks.
• Manage cyber resilience initiatives involving Citrix modernization, Azure MFA, malware protection, and remediation of security findings.
• Own project planning, budgets, resources, dependencies, RAID management, governance, vendor coordination, and executive reporting.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of IT project management experience, preferably in Disaster Recovery, infrastructure, cybersecurity, or business continuity.
• Strong knowledge of Disaster Recovery, business continuity, recovery testing, failover, and enterprise infrastructure.
• Experience in regulated pharmaceutical environments with GxP documentation.
• Experience with VMware, Nutanix, storage, networking, firewalls, and co-location or data center environments; Ansible experience is highly advantageous.
• Fluent business English and experience managing global or multi-site projects, technical vendors, risks, budgets, and cross-functional stakeholders.
