Senior Project Manager (eCommerce)

Location: Remote within Europe or Brazil

Salary: €28,000–€52,000 per month

What you will do

• Manage software development and eCommerce platform projects from planning through delivery.
• Lead eCommerce re-platforming initiatives, including cutover processes and scope control.
• Coordinate external stakeholders and manage customer expectations, deadlines, budgets, and financial reporting.
• Lead teams across different stages of their lifecycle.
• Apply Agile and Lean delivery practices, SDLC knowledge, and release management processes.
• Identify risks, handle ambiguity, and adapt delivery plans through critical thinking and negotiation.

Requirements

• Proven experience managing software development projects, ideally in eCommerce or retail.
• Experience delivering eCommerce platform projects and managing external stakeholders.
• Strong understanding of SDLC, release management, and modern software development practices.
• Strong knowledge of Agile and Lean methodologies, with experience leading cross-lifecycle teams.
• Strong communication, organisational, negotiation, and time management skills.
• Relevant project management certification or qualifications and excellent written and spoken English.
