Systems Engineer (Semiconductor Equipment)

Location: Hsinchu, Taiwan; onsite support and travel required up to 20% of the time

What you will do

• Design, integrate, and optimize complex semiconductor equipment systems.
• Provide technical support for semiconductor equipment and subsystems.
• Lead troubleshooting and root cause analysis for complex hardware and system issues.
• Support onsite tool retrofits, installations, upgrades, and new product introduction activities.
• Coordinate issue resolution between customers, field teams, and engineering.
• Present technical findings and recommendations to customers and internal stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related technical field.
• 5+ years of experience with semiconductor equipment, field service, or technical support.
• Strong hands-on hardware troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Experience working directly with customers and delivering technical presentations.
• Strong ownership and communication skills.
• Relocation is not eligible for this position.

Nice to have

• Experience with tool retrofits, upgrades, or NPI.
• SRP or Etch experience.
