Test Hardware Engineer (Semiconductor)

What you will do

• Maintain, troubleshoot, and manage the lifecycle of test hardware, including probe cards and membrane core assemblies, used for wafer sort across OSAT partners.
• Support the bring-up and qualification of new test hardware and fixtures for wafer sort and final test during NPI and production ramp.
• Develop and standardize maintenance procedures, work instructions, and best practices across hirify.global test locations.
• Serve as an on-site technical resource for hardware excursions and failures, leading root-cause analysis and corrective and preventive actions.
• Manage test hardware spares, inventory, repair and calibration cycles, and supplier coordination.
• Create documentation and training materials and transfer knowledge across the Asia test engineering team.

Requirements

• Experience with test hardware used in wafer sort and final test.
• Ability to diagnose membrane core, probing, and test hardware issues.
• Experience supporting hardware bring-up, qualification, NPI, or production ramp.
• Ability to perform root-cause analysis and coordinate corrective and preventive actions with OSAT and business unit engineering teams.
• Ability to manage hardware spares, supplier coordination, repair, and calibration activities.
• Ability to work on-site in Hsinchu/Zhunan, Taiwan.
