Senior Project Manager, Platform Innovation - Asset Management (AI)

What you will do

• Lead strategic business transformation and AI-enabled initiatives across the asset management business.
• Manage complex, cross-functional programmes from initiation through implementation.
• Define programme scope, roadmaps, milestones, dependencies, governance frameworks, and business cases.
• Design future-state operating models and implement digital, data, and automation solutions.
• Manage risks, issues, dependencies, vendors, and strategic partners across multiple workstreams.
• Prepare executive-level reporting and collaborate with Investments, Product, Distribution, Technology, Data, Risk, Compliance, and COO teams.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in investment management, asset management, or financial services.
• Strong programme and project management experience delivering complex, multidisciplinary initiatives.
• Deep understanding of asset management operating models across front-, middle-, and back-office functions.
• Knowledge of investment products, asset classes, fund structures, operational processes, technology platforms, data environments, and cloud-based solutions.
• Experience with transformation, operating model redesign, business process improvement, business analysis, process mapping, and target operating model development.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional qualification, with strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
