Senior Project Manager (Amazon)

Location: Luxembourg; hybrid work with teams in the office an average of four days a week

What you will do

• Lead complex, high-value, high-volume client projects and portfolios across multiple brands, retailers, workstreams, and markets.
• Own end-to-end delivery, including plans, priorities, timelines, resources, dependencies, and deliverables.
• Prepare estimates, commercial offers, proposals, Statements of Work, and change requests while monitoring budgets, forecasts, scope, and profitability.
• Coordinate internal teams, partner agencies, client stakeholders, and external suppliers across integrated delivery workstreams.
• Lead client meetings and operational governance, ensuring decisions, actions, ownership, and follow-through.
• Anticipate delivery, resource, quality, and commercial risks and recommend corrective actions.

Requirements

• University degree in business, marketing, communications, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• Significant experience independently managing complex, high-volume projects or client portfolios in an agency, consultancy, or similarly fast-paced environment.
• Experience leading multiple workstreams across markets, cross-functional teams, and partner agencies.
• Strong commercial and financial skills, including estimating, scope definition, budget management, and profitability monitoring.
• Excellent organisation, stakeholder management, communication, prioritisation, and client presentation skills.
• Fluent English is required. Familiarity with e-commerce and Agile or Waterfall project management methodologies is preferred.
