Business Analyst (eCommerce)

Location: Remote within Europe or Brazil; occasional work at client locations may be required.

Salary: €28,000–€52,000 per year.

What you will do

• Analyze and design systems, including package integrations and bespoke development.
• Map and engineer business processes for ecommerce, retail, and brand projects.
• Run workshops with client stakeholders and manage relationships with Product Owners and Product Managers.
• Produce high-quality user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Support Agile software delivery and help create effective online experiences for consumers and brands.
• Work with clients directly, including occasional work at client locations.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in a similar Business Analyst role.
• Experience in ecommerce or experience-focused projects, including retail or brand work.
• Strong stakeholder management skills and experience working with clients and Product Owners or Managers.
• Experience running workshops with client stakeholders.
• Experience with Agile software delivery, business process mapping, and systems analysis.
• Ability to create user stories and acceptance criteria, with a proactive, detail-oriented, and customer-focused approach.
