Senior Business Analyst – Impact Analysis and Solution Design

Location: Lisbon, Portugal; hybrid work model. Candidates must have an existing legal right to work in the European Union.

What you will do

• Analyze current systems and processes to identify improvement opportunities.
• Conduct impact studies and define project scope with business units and project teams.
• Design solution architectures aligned with business needs.
• Write user stories and coordinate with designers and developers to support accurate implementation.
• Estimate effort and resources for fixes, upgrades, and new initiatives.
• Develop test strategies, test plans, test data, and acceptance criteria for functional acceptance.

Requirements

• At least 4 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role.
• Strong expertise in impact analysis and solution design.
• Experience with requirements gathering, user story creation, and stakeholder communication.
• Experience with test planning, functional testing, and data environment setup.
• Advanced French and communicative English are required.
• Existing legal right to work in the European Union is required.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of Agile methodologies.
• Business Analysis or related certifications.
• Experience with impact studies or consulting environments.
