Salary: $148,750 to $201,250 USD

What you will do

  • Own the end-to-end design of the consumer experience including onboarding, web apps, and notifications
  • Create simple, elegant designs for complex financial workflows
  • Conduct and synthesize qualitative and quantitative user research to inform product decisions
  • Contribute to product strategy and roadmap with a user-centered perspective
  • Collaborate closely with Product, Marketing, and Engineering teams in an agile environment
  • Provide feedback to designers and partners to raise product quality and craft

Requirements

  • Location: Must be based in the US (New York) or able to work remotely within US time zones
  • 3+ years of product design experience, preferably in D2C fintech
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating design fundamentals and systems thinking
  • Experience shipping end-to-end product experiences from concept to launch
  • Ability to navigate ambiguity and bring clarity to evolving products
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Nice to have

  • Familiarity with LLM/Generative AI tools
  • Experience designing workflows, internal tools, or B2B SaaS products
  • Experience with user research, usability testing, and data-driven design
