Engineer, Analytical & Characterization Engineering

What you will do

• Execute characterization and validation tests for engineering changes, firmware, code, and product qualification.
• Monitor tests, capture meaningful observations, and identify abnormal behavior or interruptions.
• Analyze test results, perform failure analysis, and provide engineering recommendations.
• Support root-cause investigations and factory or customer issue investigations under senior guidance.
• Maintain test scripts and methodologies, and develop tools to improve test processes.
• Track assigned tasks, report status, and follow quality standards and test procedures.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Electrical or Electronic Engineering, Computer Science, or an equivalent field.
• Fresh graduate or up to 2 years of relevant experience.
• Basic analytical, troubleshooting, communication, teamwork, and execution skills.
• Attention to detail, willingness to learn, and ability to accept feedback.
• Organized and responsible approach to completing assigned tasks.

Nice to have

• Basic programming knowledge in Python, C, C++, or scripting.
• Familiarity with Linux.
• Exposure to Excel, MATLAB, Power BI, or other data analysis tools.
• Interest in automation or AI-assisted engineering tools.
