TUPE HR Specialist (UK/Ireland)

Location: Ireland (Remote-First); the role supports TUPE processes across the UK and Ireland.

Annual gross fixed pay: €54,800–€68,500, plus variable compensation.

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end TUPE processes across the UK and Ireland for incoming and outgoing business transfers.
• Coordinate mandatory employee consultations, representative elections, statutory timelines, and the audit and exchange of employment data.
• Manage transfer-related employee relations cases, pre- and post-transfer harmonisation, potential redundancy procedures, and contractual risk reviews.
• Partner with payroll providers, benefits brokers, pension administrators, and employment legal advisors to align benefits and ensure pension transfer compliance.
• Advise clients on benefits, protected terms and conditions, measures statements, contract variations, restrictive covenants, compliance, and post-transfer integration.
• Drive automation and AI adoption in TUPE diligence, documentation, and client-facing HR processes while supporting broader HR operations and EMEA initiatives.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of specialised HR experience with hands-on exposure to UK and Ireland TUPE regulations.
• Deep knowledge of UK and Irish labour laws and regulatory frameworks.
• Experience leading business transfers, employee consultations, and complex employee relations cases.
• Strong communication, negotiation, consultation, and problem-solving skills.
• Technical proficiency with HRIS, Zendesk, Jira, Confluence, Tableau, Zoom, Slack, and similar collaboration tools.
