Deal Operations Specialist (CPaaS)

Location: Hybrid role based in BGC, Taguig City, Manila, Philippines; APAC business hours

What you will do

• Assist customers with deploying hirify.global CPaaS solutions and integrating APIs into applications and workflows.
• Support REST API integrations, troubleshoot technical challenges, and provide implementation guidance.
• Review signed contracts, validate pricing and product configurations, and manage approvals for non-standard terms.
• Enter orders and costing data while maintaining accuracy across quoting, CRM, billing, and provisioning systems.
• Coordinate post-sales handoffs between Sales, Finance, Legal, Product, and Customer Success.
• Improve deal workflows, document best practices, support product launches, and monitor processing KPIs.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Experience in Deal Operations, Order Management, Revenue Operations, or a related post-sales function.
• Proficiency with JIRA, Zendesk, and order management or billing systems.
• Understanding of SaaS or usage-based billing and revenue recognition principles.
• Strong attention to detail, analytical and organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple deals and escalations.
• Collaborative communication style with ownership of tasks from initiation through completion.

Nice to have

• Experience with CPaaS, SaaS, or telecommunications.
• Knowledge of RESTful APIs, webhooks, basic SQL, and Unix.
