Manufacturing Engineer II

Location: Lipa EBU, Philippines; onsite manufacturing and production environment with hands-on line support.

What you will do

• Analyze manufacturing data and implement corrective actions.
• Develop, optimize, and sustain manufacturing processes and work instructions.
• Troubleshoot process and equipment issues while providing hands-on production support.
• Lead continuous improvement, cost reduction, and productivity projects.
• Support new product introductions and process validations.
• Collaborate with Production, Quality, Maintenance, and Supply Chain teams to maintain operational standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or university degree in Engineering.
• 3+ years of relevant work experience.
• Knowledge of Root Cause Analysis, 8D, Fishbone, 5 Whys, FMEA, SPC, and Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt methods.
• Strong analytical, communication, and project management skills, with the ability to meet project timelines and deliverables.
• Knowledge of MS Office and high attention to detail.
• Willingness to work onsite in a manufacturing and production environment and provide hands-on line support.

• Six Sigma certification.
