Engineer, NPI (Semiconductor Manufacturing)

Location: Cabuyao, Philippines; onsite role

hirify.global develops and manufactures semiconductor products, with this role supporting R&D, portfolio, and transfer projects at the Cabuyao manufacturing site.

What you will do

• Manage Simple to Standard Track NPI projects in line with BCAMX, QCM, and ATCB change-control requirements.
• Coordinate Business Groups, Quality, Operations, Manufacturing, and Management teams to deliver projects on time.
• Drive project milestones and deliverables, including RACI, DFM, Release Checklist, CNP, MRAT, qualification reports, and Safe Launch activities.
• Deploy product and process changes into production, including Safe Launch planning, execution, and tracking.
• Conduct characterization of processes, materials, products, and manufacturing interactions.
• Support yield improvement, package cost reduction, MVA/DVA implementation, technical troubleshooting, and project reporting.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
• 3–5 years of experience in the semiconductor or related manufacturing industry.
• Knowledge of project management fundamentals, SPC, DOE, FMEA, and DFM methodologies.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; knowledge of Six Sigma and/or 8D problem-solving methodologies.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, decision-making, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Willingness to travel when required and ability to work independently, collaboratively, and under pressure.

Nice to have

• Experience with SAS JMP and/or Minitab.
