SAP Technical Architecture/Lead (SAP S/4HANA)

What you will do

• Define the technical roadmap and enterprise architecture across SAP S/4HANA, SAP CRM, BW/BW4HANA, and integrated boundary systems.
• Design scalable, secure, and resilient architectures aligned with clean core principles and enterprise standards.
• Architect integrations using SAP BTP Integration Suite, CPI, PO/PI, OData, REST, SOAP, RFC, ALE, and IDoc technologies.
• Lead global SAP rollouts, upgrades, migrations, cutovers, platform modernizations, and downtime optimization.
• Coordinate high availability, disaster recovery, sizing, transport management, data migration, and performance strategies with Basis and infrastructure teams.
• Mentor technical leads, ABAP developers, integration specialists, and Basis teams while collaborating with architects, executives, and implementation partners.

Requirements

• 12–15 years of hands-on SAP development, architecture, and landscape design experience; the role description also references 15–18 years of enterprise transformation experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, engineering, finance, or a related field; a master’s degree is an asset.
• Experience as a technical architect on 2–3 full-lifecycle SAP implementation or migration projects, including S/4HANA conversions or greenfield deployments.
• Deep knowledge of S/4HANA architecture, ABAP on HANA, CDS Views, AMDP, OData services, and Fiori UI5 extensions.
• Strong expertise in SAP CRM technical frameworks, SAP integration, Basis concepts, BW/BW4HANA architectures, and analytics extraction models.
• Strong communication, structured technical decision-making, and experience managing multi-vendor teams in global distributed delivery models.
