Professional Services Solution Architect

Location: Discovery Business Center, 15211 Laguna Canyon Road, Irvine, California, United States

Base salary: $127,000–$149,000 annually across the US; actual pay depends on work location, skills, qualifications, experience, and education or training.

What you will do

• Design, configure, develop, and deploy hirify.global solutions for assigned client projects.
• Lead client interactions, design reviews, solution documentation, and client sign-off.
• Own technical and product issue resolution from initial engagement through go-live.
• Ensure delivery follows implementation standards, development practices, project scope, and budget.
• Provide technical oversight, guidance, and mentorship to Consultants.
• Support project planning, estimation, reusable assets, and business development activities.

Requirements

• Five to eight years of consulting experience and three to five years of implementation experience.
• Strong solution architecture, technical problem-solving, communication, presentation, and client-influence skills.
• Oracle RDBMS architecture, design, and tuning experience, plus SQL, PL/SQL, and Java programming skills.
• Working knowledge of Oracle E-Business Suite or SAP.
• Understanding of project management concepts, implementation methodologies, technical documentation, algorithms, and reusable code.
• BS/BA or equivalent; MBA is a plus.
