Lead Solution Architect - Professional Services (Public Sector)

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end deployment of hirify.global ECM solutions, including planning, design, installation, configuration, migration, and integration.
• Design scalable system landscapes focused on performance, reliability, and customer requirements.
• Configure and manage cloud-based proof-of-concept environments for customer workshops and project validation.
• Design integrations with SAP, Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Teams, CAD, CAE, GIS, and Primavera.
• Advise customers and collaborate with internal teams and R&D to translate feedback into product improvement recommendations.
• Contribute enhancements and best practices to Professional Services solutions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• At least 6 years of experience in enterprise software implementation.
• At least 3 years of hands-on experience with ECM platforms such as hirify.global Content Server, hirify.global Extended ECM for Engineering, Content Management for SAP, or comparable platforms.
• Ability to work effectively in a global, cross-functional, hybrid environment.

• Relevant certifications, such as hirify.global Content Server certification.
