SAP Solution Architect

Location: Poland; hybrid and remote work, with regular business trips and on-site presence at customer locations in Poland during key project phases.

What you will do

• Own the technical architecture of custom developments, extensions, and integrations for a large-scale S/4HANA implementation.
• Design solutions aligned with clean core principles and define development standards and design guidelines.
• Lead customer workshops, translate business needs into feasible technical solutions, and explain trade-offs and risks to stakeholders.
• Lead the development team and coordinate with functional consultants and the project manager.
• Conduct design and code reviews, estimate technical scope, manage risks, and support planning from blueprint through go-live and hypercare.
• Work on-site at customer premises during workshops, testing, cutover, and go-live.

Requirements

• 10+ years of SAP ABAP development experience, including 2–3 years as a technical lead or solution architect.
• Experience with full-cycle S/4HANA implementation projects, modern ABAP, and classic RICEFW developments.
• Knowledge of SAP business processes and functional modules such as FI/CO, SD, MM, and PP.
• Experience with Integration Suite/CPI, APIs, and IDocs connecting S/4HANA with non-SAP systems.
• Fluent Polish and Upper-Intermediate English required.
• Readiness for regular business trips and on-site work at customer locations in Poland.
