Lead System Architect (Pega)

What you will do

• Lead scope definition, requirements analysis, functional and technical design, application configuration, development, testing, UAT, and production deployment.
• Deliver model-driven, enterprise-level business solutions for major clients across the software development lifecycle.
• Provide technical consulting, demonstrate innovative implementation approaches, and ensure solutions meet client expectations.
• Provide technical governance and project support for one or more client engagements.
• Serve as a subject matter expert and respond to technical questions across the organization.
• Apply critical thinking to validate AI-generated outputs before using them in production.

Requirements

• Pega CLSA certification and 12+ years of professional experience are required.
• Hands-on experience building and implementing model-driven, enterprise-level business solutions and applications.
• Experience leading end-to-end delivery of medium to large components of broader solutions.
• Knowledge of application servers, programming languages, relational and non-relational databases, integration techniques, and object-oriented principles.
• Experience delivering solutions using Agile and Scrum methodologies.
• Availability to work from 1:00 PM to 10:00 PM IST.
