Lead Digital Consultant

Location: Singapore, Singapore; onsite five days a week. Travel is estimated at 30% to cover assigned dealers. No relocation and no visa sponsorship are available.

What you will do

• Support major and critical implementation or operational issues for digital products.
• Customize, implement, and integrate digital products for customers and dealers.
• Coordinate with product management on design, reliability, performance, maintenance, and product problem resolution.
• Design methods and evaluation criteria for monitoring software reliability and resolving product issues.
• Oversee software release management across the installed customer base and communicate release training updates.
• Identify, evaluate, approve, monitor, and document production changes, including impact analysis and error correction.

Requirements

• Experience with digital product implementation, operation, and integration.
• Knowledge of software product training and experience delivering training to multiple clients and functional groups.
• Knowledge of software release management practices, tools, and product version distribution.
• Knowledge of change control processes for production environments.
• Ability to evaluate quality, productivity, pricing, and performance risks using measurements and analytical models.
• Ability to work onsite in Singapore five days per week and travel approximately 30%.
