What you will do

• Lead enterprise go-to-market strategy for new products such as Sidekick, from design partnerships through general availability.
• Define enterprise ideal customer profiles, commercial packaging, positioning, and repeatable sales motions.
• Develop the governance narrative covering secure authentication, identity management, and safety for agent use.
• Explain Zapier’s technical differentiators and product workflows in competitive enterprise opportunities.
• Create case studies, proof points, launches, and field-ready revenue enablement materials with customer advocacy, product, sales, and marketing partners.
• Translate deal feedback and customer signals into product and commercial-readiness inputs.

Requirements

• 8+ years of product marketing experience, including meaningful experience supporting enterprise sales.
• Previous experience achieving product-market fit for a new product and turning pricing and packaging experiments into repeatable revenue motions.
• Deep product and technical understanding of MCP and agent-based workflows, with the ability to explain them to C-level buyers.
• Experience shaping proposals, supporting demos, working with enterprise executives and end users, and contributing to competitive deals.
• Strong data-driven judgment based on customer conversations, deal feedback, and packaging experiments.
• Clear written communication, effective asynchronous collaboration, and active use of AI tools; automation-building experience is preferred.
