Product Marketer (AI)

Location: Remote from Germany, Italy, Portugal, Spain, Sweden, the Netherlands, or the United States

Salary: €90,000–€160,000 annually, plus equity

What you will do

• Build messaging, positioning, and value propositions for developers, technical buyers, and enterprise stakeholders.
• Own the category narrative across LLM observability, evaluations, prompt management, agent observability, and self-hosting.
• Create sales enablement materials, website content, blog posts, webinars, presentations, and launch narratives.
• Conduct competitive analysis to identify market trends and opportunities.
• Use metrics and stakeholder feedback to evaluate strategies and make data-driven recommendations.
• Lead product and feature launches while engaging with users, customers, prospects, sales, support, and community members.

Requirements

• Substantial experience in product marketing, product, or a technical role, including industry or vertical marketing.
• Demonstrated ability to create messaging, positioning, and value propositions for developers, technical buyers, AI teams, and enterprise stakeholders.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly.
• Technical background, analytical mindset, and ability to use data to measure open-source product-led growth funnels.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration skills across functions and organizational levels.

Nice to have

• Background in developer tools, open source, observability, or data and cloud infrastructure.
• Existing public content or writing presence.
