hirify.global is a medical device company developing the Omnipod platform for insulin delivery and other subcutaneous drug therapies.

What you will do

• Support purchasing activities across indirect procurement categories.
• Assist category managers and specialists with supplier management and business partner coordination.
• Collect and analyze procurement spend data.
• Support RFx activities, negotiations, cost reduction initiatives, and process improvement projects.
• Collaborate with Procurement, IT, HR, Facilities, R&D, G&A, Manufacturing, and suppliers.
• Learn about the functionality of medical devices and the company’s procurement operations.

Requirements

• Candidate for a bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, or Engineering.
• Minimum GPA of 3.5.
• Highly proficient in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong communication, organizational, prioritization, independent-working, and collaboration skills.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without current or future employer-based visa sponsorship.

Nice to have

• Previous co-op or internship experience.
• Experience with ERP systems and manufacturing processes.
