Supply Chain Analytics Intern (AI Robotics)

What you will do

• Own weekly sourcing status tracking for current and upcoming build bills of materials, including suppliers, quotes, NDAs, MSAs, and ASL qualification.
• Track tooling and non-recurring engineering purchase orders, milestones, sample dates, inspections, and payments.
• Build cost baselines and next-build cost targets by normalizing supplier quotes and rolling costs up by sub-assembly.
• Compare committed supplier capacity with build forecasts and support onboarding by collecting supplier documentation.
• Prepare supplier scorecard data, quote analysis packages, and negotiation materials for quarterly business reviews.
• Run the build kickoff readiness review and document the process for handoff.

Requirements

• Rising senior or recent graduate in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Operations, Business, or a related field, graduating within one year.
• Available full time from January through April 2027 for approximately 16 weeks.
• Advanced Excel skills, including Power Query, lookups, and pivot tables.
• Experience with at least one of SQL or Python for pulling and joining data across systems.
• Working knowledge of bills of materials, supplier quotes, purchase orders, and tooling.
• Clear written communication and the ability to document repeatable processes.

Nice to have

• Internship or co-op experience in sourcing, procurement, or hardware supply chain.
• Hands-on experience with an ERP, preferably NetSuite, or BI tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
• Exposure to should-cost analysis, quote normalization, or cost reduction tracking for physical products.
