Tech Business Analyst (Insurance)

hirify.global is building a digital native insurance platform to support new distribution models and highly automated insurance offerings.

What you will do

• Engage with business stakeholders to define product and process requirements.
• Analyze requirements, identify gaps, and make pragmatic delivery-focused decisions.
• Identify opportunities to automate and simplify insurance processes.
• Document product data for quotations, policies, claims, and other stages of the insurance lifecycle.
• Document business rules and configure products, processes, and rules-based automation in the platform.
• Coordinate delivery with IT vendors, partners, internal technology teams, and business stakeholders.

Requirements

• 7+ years of professional experience.
• Previous experience as a Business Analyst in the insurance industry.
• Experience with SQL and strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
• Understanding of IT project delivery and Agile or DevOps methodologies.
• Strong communication, relationship-building, stakeholder management, and influencing skills.
• Ability to work across diverse Asian cultures and understand detailed business requirements.

Nice to have

• Prior coding experience in any technology.
• Recent experience with Agile delivery.
