Senior Business Intelligence Manager (Fintech)

What you will do

• Partner with the Payment business and collaborate with business leaders, Product, Operations, and BD teams to support strategic decisions.
• Analyze Crypto Pay, stablecoin payments, merchant payments, cross-border payments, and related payment products.
• Build KPI frameworks, dashboards, monitoring systems, analytical models, and reusable data assets.
• Investigate transaction volume, payment success, conversion, active users, merchant activity, transaction frequency, and revenue.
• Perform root-cause, attribution, trend, funnel, merchant, channel, PSP, and regional-market analyses.
• Translate findings into product, growth, channel, resource-allocation, and market-expansion recommendations, then measure business impact.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, Finance, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in BI, Business Analytics, Product Analytics, or related data analysis roles.
• Strong knowledge of payment business models, transaction flows, merchant scenarios, payment channels, and core metrics.
• Proficiency in SQL, including Hive or ODPS, and Python for complex data analysis, data processing, and analytical model development.
• Experience with Tableau, Power BI, DeepInsight, or other BI tools.
• Strong structured thinking, business acumen, ownership, communication, stakeholder management, and cross-functional influence.

Nice to have

• Experience in payment platforms, PSPs, fintech, digital wallets, merchant acquiring, or payment growth.
• Experience with payment conversion optimization, merchant analytics, PSP performance analysis, or new payment product launches.
• Experience building business metric frameworks and analytical structures from zero to one.
• Proven impact on product optimization, conversion rates, transaction volume, merchant growth, or revenue through data analysis.
