Business Analytics & Strategic Partnerships (Tokenisation) Manager

What you will do

• Source, clean, and interpret traditional finance market data, opportunities, and competitive positioning.
• Develop recommendations covering pricing strategy, market entry, deal structuring, and go-to-market plans.
• Identify and engage issuers, companies, partners, investment banks, exchanges, and distribution platforms.
• Lead the full partnership cycle from outreach and pitching through negotiation, closing, and handover.
• Structure partnership economics, model value, and negotiate commercially viable terms.
• Work with product, legal, compliance, and engineering teams to complete transactions and shape the tokenisation strategy.

Requirements

• 5–8 years of experience in finance, strategy, consulting, or similar analytical roles.
• Experience in crypto, fintech, or financial services is preferred.
• Strong commercial and operational acumen with critical problem-solving skills.
• Ability to build cross-functional relationships and communicate with stakeholders at different levels.
• Experience with project and change management.
• Deep understanding of tokenisation, including real-world assets, digital assets, token issuance, or institutional crypto.
