Location: New South Wales, Australia; hybrid working with 3 days in the office and 2 days from home

What you will do
- Lead the day-to-day activities and performance of the Inbound team.
- Manage inbound freight schedules, container movements, inventory flow, and labour planning.
- Monitor service, productivity, quality, and inventory performance, addressing operational issues.
- Coach team members and Warehouse Team Leads while promoting a physically and psychologically safe workplace.
- Work with Planning, Inventory, Supply Chain, Quality, and other operational teams.
- Support warehouse projects, process improvements, and the implementation and optimisation of the Manhattan WMS.
Requirements
- Experience leading people in a warehouse, distribution, or logistics environment.
- Experience as a Team Leader, Leading Hand, or Warehouse Supervisor is relevant.
- Demonstrated project experience within a warehouse or distribution environment.
- Working knowledge of receiving, putaway, inventory movements, and warehouse operations.
- People-focused leadership style with the ability to coach teams and drive performance.
- Experience using Manhattan WMS is highly desirable.
