Contract Recruiter, GTM (3–6 month engagement · Immediate start)

Location: Remote within Mexico; the CDMX office is available optionally.

What you will do

• Own full-cycle recruiting for go-to-market roles from SDR through Sales Manager, plus revenue operations and partnerships positions.
• Develop outbound sourcing strategies to identify and engage primarily passive candidates.
• Partner with sales leadership on role calibration, market conditions, compensation positioning, and hiring requirements.
• Maintain accurate recruiting pipeline data in Lever and provide visibility to hiring managers and leadership.
• Deliver timely, professional communication throughout the candidate experience.

Requirements

• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, including substantive go-to-market hiring across sales, SDR, revenue operations, or partnerships.
• Based in Mexico and able to work remotely within Mexico.
• Fluent English and fluent Spanish required.
• Strong sourcing skills using Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, referral networks, and competitive mapping.
• Experience with applicant tracking systems and the ability to work independently with limited supervision.
• Practical fluency with AI tools in recruiting workflows.

Nice to have

• Portuguese proficiency.
• Prior contract or agency recruiting experience.
• Experience with Lever.
