Contract Recruiter (GTM)

Location: Remote within Colombia; the Bogotá office is available for optional use.

What you will do

• Own full-cycle recruiting for go-to-market roles ranging from SDR to Sales Manager, plus revenue operations and partnerships positions.
• Develop outbound sourcing strategies to identify and engage primarily passive candidates.
• Partner with sales leadership on role calibration, market realities, compensation positioning, and hiring requirements.
• Maintain accurate recruiting pipeline data in Lever for hiring managers and leadership.
• Provide timely communication and a consistent candidate experience throughout the process.

Requirements

• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, including substantial hiring across sales, SDR, revenue operations, or partnerships.
• Fluent English and fluent Spanish are required.
• Must be based in Colombia.
• Strong sourcing skills using Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, referral networks, and competitive mapping.
• Hands-on experience with applicant tracking systems; Lever experience is a plus.
• Practical fluency with AI tools in a recruiting context and the ability to work independently.

Nice to have

• Portuguese proficiency.
• Prior contract or agency recruiting experience.
• Experience joining active searches and producing results quickly.
