Location: London, United Kingdom; hybrid role with on-site work at the London hub. Applicants must have legal authorization to work in the country of application.

What you will do
- Own full-cycle recruiting from intake and process design through outreach, negotiation, and close.
- Build sourcing strategies and talent pipelines using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, ATS platforms, and referrals.
- Recruit technical, AI, machine learning, computer vision, and go-to-market talent across global markets.
- Partner with hiring managers on role requirements, candidate assessment, market insights, compensation planning, and offers.
- Improve hiring workflows in Ashby, Rippling, and other ATS platforms while tracking pipeline health and recruiting outcomes.
- Deliver a clear candidate experience and support employer-brand development.
Requirements
- Experience as an in-house talent partner or specialist agency recruiter.
- Proven success in full-cycle recruiting, sourcing strategy, and talent pipeline development.
- Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, ATS platforms, and recruiting analytics.
- Strong hiring-manager partnership, candidate assessment, offer negotiation, and compensation-planning skills.
- Experience supporting global hiring across multiple markets and time zones.
- Legal authorization to work in the country of application is required.
Nice to have
- Technical hiring experience in AI, machine learning, or computer vision.
- Familiarity with OKR frameworks and hiring metrics.
- Experience coordinating distributed teams across multiple time zones.
- Understanding of employer branding and developer communities.
