Product Manager

Location: Fully onsite in Augsburg, Germany

hirify.global develops an AI operating system that helps renewable energy installers plan and sell solar, battery storage, and heat pump solutions while managing daily operations.

What you will do

• Coordinate testing for upcoming releases and continuously test new features during development.
• Track features, changes, dependencies, and release timelines across product, engineering, and other teams.
• Evaluate product quality, including edge cases, usability, customer workflows, and overall product experience.
• Triage customer feedback and bug reports, reproduce issues, and create clear tickets for engineering.
• Prepare release notes, run internal demos, and explain new functionality to colleagues.
• Collaborate with engineers and build a deep understanding of the businesses using the product.

Requirements

• Professional English at C1+ level is required.
• Product mindset with strong attention to detail and customer orientation.
• Clear communication with engineers, product colleagues, and other stakeholders.
• Technical curiosity and willingness to investigate bugs and understand software details.
• Ownership, follow-through, and comfort working in a fast-moving startup environment.
• Experience in product management, product operations, QA, software development, B2B SaaS, or a similar role is beneficial but not required.

Nice to have

• A degree in economics, engineering, computer science, or a related field.
