Senior Product Manager (Data and AI)

Location: London, United Kingdom; hybrid work from the London office is required. Candidates must have the right to work in the United Kingdom. Flexible working includes the option to work abroad.

What you will do

• Own the strategy and roadmap for data and insight products, from internal data models to client-facing reporting.
• Align data investments with the AI roadmap and commercial goals, measuring operational and financial outcomes.
• Develop analytics tiers, data services, APIs, compliance reporting, repairs performance reporting, and spend reporting for housing clients.
• Identify predictive use cases and ship product features that act on insights from historical maintenance data.
• Set standards for data quality, lineage, access, pipelines, warehouses, semantic definitions, and AI datasets.
• Lead data products end-to-end with data engineering, analytics, data science, design, AI, operations, and client-facing teams.

Requirements

• 8+ years of product management experience, including substantial technical product management experience with data, analytics, or platform products.
• Proven experience shipping data and analytics-intensive products with measurable business results.
• Strong knowledge of modern data stacks, including Snowflake, BigQuery or Databricks, dbt or equivalent, ETL/ELT trade-offs, and data unit economics.
• Hands-on experience with data pipelines, SQL, dimensional modelling, semantic layers, data quality engineering, lineage, freshness monitoring, and data contracts.
• Working knowledge of machine learning evaluation, held-out evaluation sets, confidence thresholds, drift monitoring, and human-in-the-loop controls.
• Located in London, able to work from the London office on a hybrid basis, and authorized to work in the United Kingdom.

Nice to have

• Experience with Looker, Power BI, Tableau, Metabase, or Hex.
• Experience working with housing, property operations, repairs, compliance, or contractor workflows.
• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, Statistics, Information Systems, or a related quantitative field, or equivalent practical experience.
