AI Product Manager I / II - Talent Forge

Location: Hybrid; employees based near the Santa Clara, London, Bangalore, or Noida offices are expected to work from the office three days per week.

What you will do

• Own Talent Forge features from customer problem discovery through product launch and outcome measurement.
• Define how customers build, test, deploy, and monitor applications and AI agents on the hirify.global platform.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, and AI/ML teams to ship enterprise SaaS products quickly.
• Work with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders to identify market opportunities and set priorities.
• Shape products powered by LLMs, deep learning, matching intelligence, and talent insights.

Requirements

• 3+ years of product management experience.
• Track record of shipping features end to end and owning product outcomes.
• Working understanding of LLMs and AI agents, including hands-on experience building with AI.
• Technical knowledge of APIs, integrations, data models, and enterprise SaaS products.
• Strong written and verbal interpersonal communication skills, with a bias toward action and rapid learning.

Nice to have

• Experience with developer platforms, workflow automation, or low-code/no-code builders.
• Interest or experience in HR technology.
