Business Automation Analyst - Enterprise Solutions (AI)

Location: Fort Worth, TX, United States; hybrid schedule with two days per week in the office

What you will do

• Assess business processes and identify automation and agentic AI opportunities.
• Facilitate process discovery and process mapping activities.
• Evaluate operational pain points and inefficiencies.
• Recommend automation, AI, process improvement, and data-driven solutions.
• Build business cases and value assessments for transformation initiatives.
• Partner with business teams to prioritize opportunities and define future-state processes.

Requirements

• At least three years of experience as a business analyst or in a similar role.
• Proven ability to solve difficult problems in an enterprise environment.
• Knowledge of automation assessment methodologies, lifecycle practices, and documentation standards.
• Experience with productivity and automation tools, low-code technology, and automation solution development.
• Strong communication, research, data analysis, judgment, organization, and relationship-building skills.
• Must work in a hybrid arrangement in Fort Worth, United States, with two office days per week. Visa sponsorship is not available.

Nice to have

• Lean Six Sigma Green or Black Belt certification.
• Automation certification in Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism, or UiPath.
• Experience in auto finance business functions, policies, and procedures.
• At least one year working on automation or technology initiatives.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
