Education and Talent Development Practice Area Leader (AI)

hirify.global provides generative AI education and talent development for the mortgage industry in partnership with the Mortgage Bankers Association.

What you will do

• Own strategy, pricing, revenue, margin, and outcomes for the education and talent development portfolio.
• Design and deliver public courses, certifications, executive workshops, examiner and regulator training, and educational series.
• Scale AI education through online learning, coaching, immersive learning, speaking engagements, and applied programs.
• Recruit, develop, and lead instructors and coaches, including the AI Futures program.
• Partner with AI Services, AI Products, Human Futures, Operations, Brand and Marketing, and Events to drive adoption.
• Represent hirify.global with clients and on stage as an authority on AI in mortgage.

Requirements

• Proven business-line or P&L leadership experience building and growing an organization or portfolio.
• Track record in education, training, learning and development, or professional services.
• Strong command of AI and generative AI with a genuine interest in teaching it.
• Excellent communication and executive presentation skills.
• Ability to collaborate across teams and operate effectively in a fast-changing, high-ambiguity environment.
• Mortgage industry experience is strongly preferred.
