Software Engineer (AI)

Location: Remote within the United States

Base salary: $160,000–$220,000 per year, plus equity eligibility.

What you will do

• Own the end-to-end delivery of complex, high-impact product features.
• Design and scale systems that support personalized, data-driven clinical care.
• Architect and build AI-powered agents and workflows that improve clinician efficiency and patient outcomes.
• Enhance mobile and web platforms for reliable patient and clinician experiences.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and clinical staff to turn ambiguous needs into scalable technical solutions.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience building, shipping, and maintaining production software systems.
• Proficiency in one or more languages such as Java, C#, Kotlin, Python, or Go.
• Experience with modern frontend frameworks such as React or Vue.
• Product-minded approach with ownership of outcomes and comfort navigating ambiguity.
• Strong computer science foundation through a degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Must be able to work remotely within the United States.

Nice to have

• Experience in AI/ML, natural language processing, or agent-based systems.
• Experience using LLMs and agentic tooling.
• Experience in an early-stage, fast-paced, product-oriented environment.
