What you will do

• Own outcomes and apply AI to real healthcare billing problems by building AI features into the platform.
• Innovate and drive the technical AI strategy using state-of-the-art technologies and research.
• Scale and unlock new and existing products, optimizing claim submission and workflow automation.
• Build AI infrastructure including data structuring, model training, testing, and monitoring with high security standards.

Requirements

• Must be located on-site in one of the specified US cities (San Francisco, Menlo Park, New York City, Denver).
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Math, or related field.
• 8+ years of software development experience and 5+ years in AI engineering.
• Experience building ML systems, including NLP models and AI architectures.
• Strong communication skills and customer-first mindset.

Nice to have

• Experience with Google Cloud Platform, BigQuery, PostgreSQL, Metabase, Terraform, Python.
