Salary: $195,000 to $255,000 USD

What you will do

• Own outcomes and apply AI to real problems, building AI features into Candid’s platform.
• Innovate and drive the technical AI strategy by researching industry best practices and leveraging state-of-the-art technologies.
• Scale and unlock new and existing products by partnering with leadership and cross-functional teams to automate products and workflows.
• Build AI infrastructure, architecting it to leverage AI across every facet of the product.

Requirements

• Bachelors or Masters of Science in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Math, or a similar degree.
• 8+ years of experience building software of significant scale and complexity.
• 5+ years of AI engineering experience in a professional setting, preferably applying it to real-world solutions.
• Experience building systems that leverage ML technologies (e.g., built or used specific NLP models).
• Understanding of the pros, cons, and trade-offs of leveraging various AI solutions across a wide variety of use cases.
• Clear and concise communicator.

Nice to have

• Experience with Google Cloud Platform, BigQuery, PostgreSQL, Metabase, and Terraform.
